TV Rights Deals 2: World Athletics Series, Tour de France, US PGA Tour, tennis

Athletics: US broadcaster NBC and its cable and broadband subsidiary Universal Sports acquired the rights for the World Athletics Series, covering Indoor and outdoor World Championships and other events, in a six-year deal from 2010 to 2015. The deal was brokered by AMS, a division of the Dentsu agency, on behalf of the International Association of Athletics Federations. The deal also includes the rights for the 2009 Golden League series.
