DAZN sizes up Champions League, EFL after shock BT snub

DAZN chairman Kevin Mayer said his company’s attempts to acquire UK pay-television broadcaster BT Sport “became uneconomical” after a rival bid from Discovery increased BT’s demands in the final throes of negotiations.
