Asset OgilvyEntertainment seals new F1 rights deals

The Asset OgilvyEntertainment agency has secured rights deals in Greece, Albania, Cyprus and FYR Macedonia for the Formula One motor-racing world championship.

The agency struck a new deal with CytaVision, the IPTV service of the Cyprus Telecommunications Authority, to run for two years, from 2015 to 2016. CytaVision will show live coverage of every race.

In Albania and FYR Macedonia, the agency extended existing rights deals with free-to-air channels Top Channel and Macedonian RTV, respectively, for three years, from 2015 to 2017.

In Greece, commercial broadcaster Alpha TV and pay-television broadcaster OTE extended a rights deal for the 2015 season.
