British racecourse alliance Racecourse Media Group and Irish racecourse rights owner Sports Information Services have agreed a streaming, marketing content and betting deal with Australian online betting company Sportsbet.
The deal will enable Sportsbet to take bets on, and show coverage of, horse racing at the courses covered by RMG and SIS. RMG is owned by 34 racecourses in Britain, while SIS manages the rights for 26 Irish racecourses, plus English course Chelmsford City. Sportsbet is owned by Irish and British betting giant Flutter Group.
