Bayern Munich commercial executive Andreas Jung has called on the German Football League (DFL) to stage the German Super Cup abroad in order to increase the league’s international presence and commercial appeal.

Jung, who oversees the club’s commercial operations at board-level, also implored the DFL to abolish the 50+1 ownership rule and encourage more private investment during a wide-ranging interview with SportBusiness at the recent Super Cup in Leipzig.
