Pay-television broadcaster beIN Sports has extended its rights deal in France for American football league the NFL.
BeIN confirmed to the Mediasportif website that it will continue to cover the NFL for at least the forthcoming 2018 season, without specifying the exact length of the contract.
BeIN’s previous three-season deal, covering the 2015 to 2017 campaigns, was brokered with the MP & Silva agency.
In March 2015, MP & Silva acquired NFL rights in all European territories excluding the UK, Scandinavia and Germany, across the five seasons from 2015 to 2019.
