The British Eurosport division of pan-European sports broadcaster Eurosport has struck a rights deal with Britain’s Lawn Tennis Association for exclusive pay-television coverage of five grass court tournaments in the lead-up to the Wimbledon grand slam event.

The deal will run for three years, from 2015 to 2017.

British Eurosport will show ATP World Tour men’s tournaments the Aegon Championships in London and the Aegon Nottingham Open, plus WTA Tour women’s events the Aegon Birmingham Classic, the Aegon Eastbourne International and the Aegon Nottingham Open.

British Eurosport is currently showing the Australian Open and will also show two of the three other grand slams this year – the French Open and US Open.
