UK pay-television broadcaster BT Sport has signed a deal with the British Basketball governing body to show Great Britain’s home qualifying matches for the EuroBasket 2015 national team tournament.
Live coverage of Great Britain’s games against Bosnia-Herzegovina and Iceland on August 13 and 20 respectively will air on BT Sport 1, tipping off at 7.30pm UK time.
The games also mark the start of Great Britain’s road to the Rio 2016 Olympic Games as it attempts to qualify for a fourth successive European Championship.
BT Sport is the exclusive broadcast rights holder for NBA basketball matches in the UK.
