Norwegian telecommunications company Telenor has agreed a new deal with commercial and pay-television broadcaster TV2 for carriage of its channels on the Canal Digital pay-television platform.
Terms of the agreement were not disclosed but it means that Canal Digital’s customers will be able to access TV2’s coverage of national team football competition Uefa Euro 2016 and the 2016 Olympic Games.
A negotiation deadline of May 31 had been set for a new deal between TV2 and Telenor.
