UK commercial broadcaster Channel Five has acquired exclusive domestic rights for the heavyweight boxing bout between Tyson Fury and Steve Cunningham on April 27.
The broadcaster struck the deal with British promoter Hennessy Sports, which is organising the bout.
The NBC Sports division of US media company NBCUniversal has US rights for the fight, which will take place in New York.
