Chargers sign local rights deals for LA move

NFL American football team the Los Angeles Chargers has agreed multi-year rights deals with local broadcasters KABC-TV and KAZA-TV.

KABC-TV, which is owned by US network ABC, will serve as an official English-language broadcast partner of the Chargers.

KAZA-TV Azteca America 54 will serve as an official Spanish-language broadcast partner of the team, which recently relocated to Los Angeles from San Diego.

The two broadcasters will air all available pre-season games in Southern California, as well as pre- and post-game shows. The broadcasters will also show two weekly series and weekly news features.

The Chargers also agreed deals with the iHeartMedia Los Angeles and KFWB 980 AM radio stations.
