Newly-formed media company Click Pacific has been awarded the exclusive media rights across the Pacific Islands for Fifa football competitions from December 2013 to July 2014, according to the Fiji Village website.
Click Pacific, which was formed in February, has been granted rights to sublicense and broadcast Fifa events in 14 Pacific Island territories.
The rights include next year’s World Cup in Brazil as well as the 2013 Beach Soccer World Cup, which will be hosted by Tahiti in December.
Click Pacific struck the deal with the MP & Silva agency.
