The Argentinian competition regulator has given the green light to the Mediapro agency’s acquisition of Fox Sports channels in the country.
In February, the Walt Disney Company agreed to sell its Fox Sports channels in Argentina to the Mediapro agency in compliance with requirements outlined by the Comisión Nacional de Defensa de la Competencia (CNDC), the country’s competition regulator, for its merger agreement with 21st Century Fox.
