The Deutsche Eishockey Liga (DEL) has extended its rights agreement with telecoms operator Deutsche Telekom, which will continue to show all games from Germany’s premier ice hockey competition on its MagentaSport pay-television service until the end of the 2027-28 season.

Deutsche Telekom’s previous agreement with the DEL had not been due to expire until the end of the 2023-24 season but the two parties have opted to sign an early extension.
