DOSB extends agency partnership with Schmidt Media

The German Olympic Committee (DOSB) has extended its partnership with the Schmidt Media agency through to the 2016 summer Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

As the official media partner of the DOSB, Schmidt will be responsible for the production of certain programming content during Rio 2016 and next year’s winter Olympic Games in Sochi. The content will include interviews with athletes and will be made available to public-service broadcasters ARD and ZDF, Germany’s media rights-holders for the Olympics.

Schmidt has been a partner of the DOSB since the 2000 summer Olympics in Sydney, Australia.
