The European Broadcasting Union (EBU), the consortium of public-service broadcasters, has agreed a multi-service deal with the European Taekwondo Union (ETU) governing body.
Under the deal, the EBU will distribute live coverage of the finals of the 2014 ETU Taekwondo Senior European Championships men’s and women’s continental events worldwide via its production subsidiary Eurovision.
The two organisations will also work together on exploring new ways of bringing Taekwondo to new media platforms.
The next edition of the Taekwondo Senior European Championships will take place in Kharkiv, Ukraine, in May 2014.
