International sports broadcaster Eleven Sports has acquired rights in Portugal to events marketed by combat sports distributor Fighting Spirit.
The live and exclusive multi-year deal begins in August and covers properties such as Enfusion Talents, M-1 Challenge, Enfusion and M-1 Selection.
Fighting Spirit launched in 2004 and is a leading distributor of combat sports rights, providing more than 100 live events per year.
Eleven confirmed Portugal as its 10th market back in May with the acquisition of rights to football’s Uefa Champions League and Spanish LaLiga for three seasons, from 2018-19 to 2020-21.
It has since added rights to the Uefa Youth League, as well as the top divisions in Germany, France, Belgium and Scotland.
