International sports broadcaster Eleven Sports Network has acquired rights in Taiwan to the European qualifying campaign for the 2018 Fifa World Cup national team football tournament.
Eleven’s coverage will commence with the next round of games, which are scheduled to take place from November 11-13, with the campaign for places at Russia’s edition of the World Cup set to conclude in October 2017.
The acquisition of rights to the qualifying tournament run by European football’s governing body Uefa will complement Eleven’s existing coverage of the World Cup qualifying competition staged by the South American Football Confederation (Conmebol).
