International broadcaster Eleven has completed a deal to acquire American digital media entity Team Whistle in an agreement aimed at forging greater synergies between entities already within the portfolio of global investment company Aser Ventures, as well as expanding Eleven’s operations to North America in its overarching bid to become a global media destination.
