Eleven lands Mayweather-McGregor rights in Belgium

International sports broadcaster Eleven Sports Network has acquired rights in Belgium to the upcoming fight between undefeated boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. and mixed martial arts star Conor McGregor.

Eleven will hold live and exclusive rights in Belgium to the event, which takes place at the T-Mobile Arena in the US city of Las Vegas on August 26.

The full event will be available to Belgian fans via the Fight Pass subscription service for a one-time payment of €20 ($23.50). Alternatively, an annual pass can be purchased for €80. Existing annual pass subscribers will also have full access to the fight.

The deal comes after Eleven earlier this month acquired rights in Belgium and Luxembourg to the Ultimate Fighting Championship mixed martial arts series, in which McGregor competes. Eleven will broadcast live coverage of 40 UFC events per year as part of the deal.
