Eleven pounces for Premier League rights in Taiwan

International pay-television broadcaster Eleven Sports Network has acquired rights in Taiwan for football’s English Premier League.

Eleven will provide live and exclusive coverage. The length of the multi-year deal, which will begin with the 2016-17 season, was not disclosed.

The agreement was sealed with the MP & Silva agency.

Eleven will provide coverage of more than six games per week from the league. The broadcaster has already secured coverage of the English FA Cup, Community Shield, Football League and League Cup properties next season.
