International sports broadcaster Eleven Sports has secured exclusive rights in Belgium, Portugal and Taiwan to the forthcoming boxing rematch between Anthony Joshua and Andy Ruiz Jr.
Joshua will be fighting to reclaim the IBF, WBA, WBO and IBO heavyweight titles from Ruiz Jr. in Diriyah, Saudi Arabia on December 7.
Eleven will offer a selection of pay-per-view and subscription packages for the fight across the three territories.
In Belgium, Eleven has also partnered with the Kinepolis chain to provide special screenings of the event in cinemas across the country.
Danny Menken, group managing director of Eleven Sports, said: “This fight is a great addition to an already very strong portfolio of rights across Belgium, Portugal and Taiwan which includes the Uefa Champions League, (English) Premier League, (Spanish) LaLiga, Formula 1 and much more besides.”
Ruiz Jr. defeated Joshua in the first fight between the pair, which took place in New York in June.
