Eleven Sports secures rights to World Baseball Classic in Taiwan

International sports broadcaster Eleven Sports Network has acquired rights in Taiwan to the 2017 edition of the World Baseball Classic national team tournament.

Eleven will hold exclusive media rights in Taiwan for the event, which takes place from March 6-22 across Japan, Mexico, South Korea and the US.

Under the agreement, Eleven will show up to 45 live games.

Taiwan has qualified for the 2017 World Baseball Classic and has been drawn alongside South Korea, the Netherlands and Israel in Round One, Pool A.
