ESPN Deportes to show Super Bowl

US sports broadcaster ESPN has struck a deal with the CBS network to broadcast coverage of next month’s NFL Super Bowl American football championship game on its ESPN Deportes Spanish-language channel for the first time.

ESPN Deportes will broadcast live coverage of the game, which will take place at Levi’s Stadium in California, US on February 7.

Live coverage of the game and a 90-minute pre-game special programme will be broadcast in Spanish on ESPN Deportes, which will provide support programming on its multimedia platforms in the week leading up to the game.
