ESPN Player launches dedicated channel for MMA series

Sports broadcaster ESPN has launched a new channel dedicated to the Extreme Fighting Championship mixed martial arts series on its ESPN Player live and on-demand sports streaming service.

The channel will stream live coverage of the EFC 38, EFC 39 and EFC 40 events to subscribers in the UK, Ireland, Italy, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia.

ESPN Player’s coverage will include all main card fights at each event.

Packages include an EFC Event Pass for each individual event and an EFC Triple Event Pass that will cover all three EFC events.

The first of the events, EFC 38, will take place on April 4 in Durban, South Africa.
