ESPN retains Eredivisie rights in Brazil

International sports broadcaster ESPN has extended its rights in Brazil to the Eredivisie, the top division of Dutch football.

ESPN will continue to hold exclusive rights to the Eredivisie through to the end of the 2020-21 season.

ESPN will open up its 2018-19 coverage with Ajax’s trip to face VVV-Venlo on Saturday. All games broadcast live on television will also be streamed via the WatchESPN service.

ESPN also holds rights to 10 other international football leagues in Brazil, including the English Premier League and Spanish LaLiga.
