Roland Lam, the former director of global media rights at ONE Championship, the Singapore-based mixed martial arts promoter, has joined Tamplo, a France-based start-up offering cloud-based project and meeting management software.
Lam joined ONE Championship in 2016 from his role as head of strategic partnerships at Fighting Spirit, the France-based distributor of fight sports content.
Lam, who is based in France, recently took up the role of chief business officer at Tamplo, based in Toulouse.
ONE Championship was represented at the 2019 Sportel trade fair in Monaco by Wan Pei Tham, vice-president of global media rights, and Xiao Lin Soh, senior manager of global media rights.
Wan Pei Tham, who counts Red Bull Media House and UFA Sports Asia among her previous employers, joined ONE Championship in the middle of 2018. Xiao Lin Soh joined the MMA promoter a year ago from Fox Networks Group Asia.
