Pay-television broadcaster Extreme Sports Channel (ESC) has acquired rights in Poland for the Ultimate Fighting Championship mixed martial arts series.
The deal will run for four years, from 2015-16 to 2018-19.
ESC, an action sports and entertainment channel that is operated by international media company AMC Networks, secured exclusive live rights in the country to more than 40 events per year.
The deal was activated by ESC’s live coverage of a UFC Fight Night in Krakow, Poland on Saturday, April 11 – the series’ first event in the country.
