Fox International Channels (FIC), the broadcast division of media company 21st Century Fox, has appointed Vera Pinto Pereira as the new managing director of its Iberia division.
Pereira first joined Fox in January 2014 as chief operating officer of the FIC Southern Europe and Africa division.
In her new role, Pereira will oversee FIC’s operations and activities in Spain and Portugal. She will report directly to Adam Theiler, executive vice-president of FIC South Europe and Africa.
Prior to joining FIX, Pereira launched and managed Portuguese pay-television platform MEO.
