Fifa sanctions former CAF executive Omari over Lagardère negotiations

Constant Omari, the former president of the Congo DR Football Association and an ex-vice-president of the Confederation of African Football (CAF), has been suspended from football for one-year by Fifa for breaking the ethics code of the sport’s global governing body.
