FIVB signs US rights deal with FloSports

Sports-streaming service FloSports has struck a deal to provide live coverage in the US of events operated by the International Volleyball Federation (FIVB).

The deal will run for three years, from 2018 to 2020.

FloSports will show a number of key FIVB competitions via the FloVolleyball.tv OTT platform.

The agreement will include the inaugural Volleyball Nations League from 2018 to 2020 and the men’s and women’s 2018 World Championships, as well as the 2019 men’s and women’s World Cup and the 2019-20 men’s and women’s Club World Championships.

The deal covers 465 matches in 2018 alone. The new Volleyball Nations League is a joint project between the FIVB and the IMG agency.
