Fox Sports 1’s nationally-televised sports betting show Lock It In piloted a special regional edition in the New York area over the weekend.
The programme was aired in New York on Fox 5 New York as well as in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia.
New York state does not have legalized sports betting yet. But it is legal in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, where Fox Bet, the sports betting brand between Fox Sports and The Stars Group, operates.
According to the New York Post, the December 14 episode of Lock It In was provisionally the first of two local shows in the series.
Fox Bet recently announced a partnership with the National Basketball Association’s Philadelphia 76ers. It also has a multi-year partnership with Major League Baseball and is an authorized gaming operator of the NBA.
