Pay-television broadcaster beIN Media Group has agreed a four-year rights deal with the French Swimming Federation (FFN).
Under the terms of the deal, beIN Sports France will cover the French national swimming championships, along with events such as the Golden Tour, l'Open de France de Vichy and Chartres’ staging of an annual leg of the International Aquatics Federation’s (Fina) Swimming World Cup.
BeIN Media’s partnership with the FFN represents the addition of a new sport to its portfolio. The agreement will commence on the weekend of August 15-16, with France’s 2015 Swimming World Cup event in Chartres.
