Major League Soccer club Houston Dynamo has extended a media-rights deal with the Telemundo Houston regional arm of US Spanish-language broadcaster Telemundo.
The one-year deal will run for the duration of the 2015 season.
Under the agreement, Telemundo Houston will broadcast live coverage of 10 Dynamo games this campaign.
Five of these matches will be broadcast via TeleXitos, the new multicast network launched last year by Telemundo. Selected games aired on the network will also include 30-minute pre-game and post-game programmes.
Telemundo Houston will also provide Spanish-language viewers with game updates and video highlights via its Noticiero Telemundo Houston local newscast. The channel will also broadcast a monthly 30-minute highlights programme
In addition, tape-delayed games will be broadcast immediately after Telemundo shows its national Titulares Telemundo programme.
