ICC launches ITT for graphics services contract

The International Cricket Council has launched an invitation to tender for the provision of graphics services for its events spanning the four-year period from 2020 to 2023.

The successful company will be required to provide graphics design services, in-match graphics, player tracking and augmented reality graphics content for the broadcast of ICC events.

National team events covered by the four-year contract include the men’s and women’s T20 World Cups, the 2021 Women’s Cricket World Cup, the 2023 Men’s Cricket World Cup, the ICC World Test Championship Final (in 2021 and 2023) and the Under-19 Cricket World Cups (in 2020 and 2022).

The deadline for submission of bids is November 25.

AE Graphics, the UK-based firm with offices in Australia, India and South Africa, is the ICC’s incumbent partner during the 2016 to 2019 cycle, providing core world feed graphics. The company also provides player tracking for the ICC, working alongside ChyronHego.

AE Graphics has worked on each men’s World Cup since 1996, barring the 2007 tournament in the West Indies.
