ICC seeking asset management provider

The International Cricket Council has launched a tender process to secure a technology provider to manage its library of audio-visual content comprising video and imagery.

The ICC is seeking a partner for the four-year period spanning 2020 to 2023. The successful company will work closely with cricket’s world governing body in providing 365-day online access to the audio-visual assets via an online portal, whilst ensuring all assets within the system are fully searchable, accessible and instantly downloadable to an unlimited number of users.

The online portal is also expected to comply with the industry’s highest security standards and facilitate individualised and tailored access to all users, including ICC partners and third parties.

The ICC’s audio-visual assets currently consist of 6,500 hours of video content and 10,000-plus images. It is projected that the asset management system will house a further 1,500 to 2,000 hours of new content and 5000-plus images by the end of 2023, including future ICC events.

The deadline for submission of proposals is November 18.
