The IMG agency has expanded the reach of its action sports and lifestyle channel Edgesport by agreeing a carriage deal with multi-platform media and entertainment organisation Abu Dhabi Media Company.
In collaboration with IMG, ADMC will bring Edgesport HD to the Abu Dhabi Television network making it the first English-language channel in the group.
Edgesport offers programming covering the likes of the World Surf League, World Rallycross Championship, World Snowboard Tour and BMX Supercross World Cup Series.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
