Kyrgios serves up sizeable late-night Wimbledon ratings on Nine

More than 750,000 television viewers in Australia stayed up late to watch the country’s controversial tennis star Nick Kyrgios contest his first grand slam final at Wimbledon in the early hours of Monday morning.

A total of 785,000 people across Australia’s five biggest cities tuned in to free-to-air channel Nine to see the 27-year-old fall to a four-set defeat against seven-time Wimbledon champion Novak Djokovic.
