The Lagardère Sports agency has agreed a deal to market rights to the inaugural edition of the Athletics World Cup.
The agreement will cover worldwide rights for the event, with the exception of the UK and Ireland.
The 2018 Athletics World Cup will take place at the UK’s London Stadium on July 14-15.
The event will feature all field and track events up to and including the 1,500m and will include the top eight athletics nations over those disciplines – China, France, Germany, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Jamaica, Poland, South Africa and the US.
