Commercial and pay-television broadcaster Media Group Ukraine has been awarded exclusive rights in Ukraine for the Uefa Champions League and Europa League club football tournaments.
The rights will run for three seasons, from 2015-16 to 2017-18.
The rights will be exploited on national free-to-air channel Ukraine and pay-television sports channels Football 1 and Football 2 as well as the OLL.tv website.
The deal covers every game at both tournaments.
The agreement was brokered by the Team Marketing agency, Uefa’s global sales agent for the media rights for both competitions.
In the current three-year cycle, from 2012-13 to 2014-15, Media Group Ukraine shares coverage of the tournaments with commercial broadcaster Media Group 1+1.
