Meo, the pay-television platform of Portugal Telecom, has agreed a carriage deal for NBA TV, the cable and satellite television channel operated by the North American basketball league.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but it has bolstered coverage of the NBA in Portugal with pay-television broadcaster Sport TV to continue showing live games.
NBA TV will also be provided through Meo Go, the platform’s service for mobile devices.
