The MP & Silva agency has struck a deal to distribute the domestic and global media rights to the Chinese Professional Baseball League, the top division in Taiwan, for six years, from 2014 to 2019.
The agency will be the league’s exclusive adviser for media rights sales across all platforms and the production of games.
The agreement covers all regular-season games, the All-Star series, the Taiwan series and the Winter League events. The 2014 league season begins on March 22.
MP & Silva also has rights for events operated by the International Baseball Federation, the sport’s global governing body.
