MP & Silva to market NBA rights in Latin America

The MP & Silva agency has agreed a one-year partnership with the NBA to distribute programming from the North American basketball league across selected territories in Latin America.

Under the terms of the new agreement, MP & Silva will distribute NBA free-to-air television programming to Belize, Bolivia, Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Paraguay and Peru.

The partnership will cover 2014-15 NBA regular season events, the Playoffs, Conference Finals, the NBA Finals and NBA daily news and highlights.

MP & Silva said the new deal builds on a previous contract to distribute NBA rights in Scandinavia.
