The NBC Sports Group, part of US media company NBCUniversal, has renewed an exclusive rights deal for the Kentucky Derby and Kentucky Oaks horse racing events.
NBC Sports Group, which has shown the races since 2001, said that the extension would run for 10 years through to 2025.
NBC Sports Group struck the deal with Churchill Downs Incorporated, which operates the events.
The agreement covers all media platforms.
This year’s edition of the Kentucky Derby will take place on May 3.
