North American Asia-focused sports network One World Sports renewed its deal with the Asian Football Confederation for rights to the confederation’s events until 2016.
The exclusive rights deal, which covers the US and Canada, was brokered by the World Sport Group agency.
Under the agreement, One World Sports will exclusively broadcast the AFC Asian Cup and the AFC Champions League, plus Asian qualifying matches for the 2014 Fifa World Cup and the 2016 Olympic Games.
