Optus picks up Women’s Big Bash League rights

Australian telecommunications company Optus has secured rights to the domestic Women’s Big Bash League cricket competition.

Live coverage of 47 matches during the 2016-17 season will be shown via the Optus Sport mobile application, as well as Yes TV by Fetch.

Optus Sport will also stream replays of the 12 matches shown by commercial broadcaster Network Ten.

Eligible mobile, mobile broadband and home broadband with an Optus Sport subscription will have access to the service, which also includes classic matches, extended match highlights and game analysis.
