North American Major League Soccer club Orlando City has signed a multi-year local rights deal with Sun Sports / Fox Sports Florida, a regional subsidiary of the Fox Sports network.
Although the terms of the agreement were not disclosed, it was confirmed that the deal would run for the duration of the 2015 season – the team’s debut campaign in the league.
Sun Sports / Fox Sports Florida, will broadcast live coverage of 18 Orlando City games, which will be available in Spanish-language format on Fox Sports Florida or Sun Sports. Matches will also be available for live streaming via mobile or tablet devices through the Fox Sports Go application.
Fox Sports Florida will also broadcast replays of all Saturday evening Orlando City matches on Sunday mornings.
