Digital sports media company Perform has struck a deal with the NBA to launch a new online service dedicated to fans of the North American basketball league in New Zealand.
Under the multi-year agreement, Perform will offer localised NBA video and editorial content, including live online streaming coverage of one NBA regular-season game per week and up to four play-off games per season.
The live coverage will be advertiser-supported and available for free.
The service will be available on Perform’s sports news service, Sportal.
Sportal's New Zealand NBA service will be available for English and Maori speakers.
