Polish pay-television operator Polsat has acquired rights for a variety of European Volleyball Confederation properties, including the 2015 and 2017 men’s and women’s European Championships.
The deal will run for four years, from 2015 to 2018, and includes the annual European Beach Volleyball Championships.
Polsat will also serve as the host broadcaster of the 2017 men’s European Championships, which will take place in Poland.
Polsat has acquired exclusive live, delayed and highlights coverage across all television, online and mobile platforms in Poland. The broadcaster will show all Poland national team games plus selected contests.
The Infront Sports & Media agency brokered the agreement with Polsat.
