The RDA Television and IEC in Sports agencies have secured a deal with USA Rugby to jointly market the global media rights for the US national team’s matches against New Zealand and Scotland.
The USA will play Scotland in Houston on June 7 before facing New Zealand at Chicago’s Soldier Field on November 1.
As host broadcasters, US sports broadcaster Universal Sports Network and the NBC network will produce the Scotland and New Zealand games respectively in high-definition.
Rights will be distributed via IEC’s Digital Media Centre in Stockholm, Sweden. RDA and IEC’s deal excludes the US market.
